CLUB DEAL FORMULA :

It is possible to invest as a partner of the LLC company (local company that carries out the club deal) that carries out the real estate development operation, at a minimum amount of 500,000 USD. The estimated profitability for this formula is much higher than the profitability of the European market with a holding period of 3 to 4 years on average, we are currently carrying out our 27th project in the club deal/LLC format and can thus show a good track record of profitability.

FORMULA VIA INVESTMENT FUNDS:

It is also possible to invest through a European investment fund in Euros. The estimated profitability for this formula is lower than an investment in a club deal, in this case the fund ensures a diversification of risk by investing in several projects, it is possible to invest from 250,000 Euros.
